Why do I NEED titles?

Yesterday was an unplanned slacker day because I felt ick, today Ara and I went to visit my Dad, and tomorrow is going to be cardio day from hell. I want to close my eyes and go to my happy place where I forget where I am and what I am doing. I fall away and there is nothing but the rhythm and the music.
